In case the customer wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without any refund once for each order, provided that the return will be done with the partner with Face ACS COURIER.
The free return (without shipping costs) is not valid in case the customer wants a second time commission for the same order or changed product
Specifically, the customer must contact by phone at 2610 625 755 or by sending an email (including the order code) to email@example.com.
The cost of the new shipment is charged to the customer with 5 euros.

In order to return the products they must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification card together with all the designer labels must be attached to the product, together with all the accompanying documents (e.g. .x. Retail Sales Receipt - TDA etc).
The customer is obliged to try the product he bought without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.
If all the above conditions are met, Face is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.
In case the customer wants a refund, once we receive the product and your refund is approved, the refund process can be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the refunded products.
